We will not use your information for unrelated purposes without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our business. Your information may be processed by:

5. How we store and protect it
Your information is stored on servers located in Australia and/or the United States (via our service providers). We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
Audit request data is processed and then removed from our systems within 30 days. Paid client data is retained for 7 years to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then securely deleted.
